Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th, 1941) was the son Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been married to Richard Herbert Cheney for over thirty years. When Richard Bruce Cheney turned 13, he and his family left Lincoln Nebraska and moved to Casper Wyoming which is where his father worked for Casper Wyoming, where his father was the director of U.S. Department of Agriculture's regional conservation districts.
