Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where most people follow me. I post about my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. I came to America with my brother and parents at the age of one and a half years young. I'm not here sharing my life to you, if not because my parents are devoted to determination and dedication. In order to give them a chance at a more prosperous future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort to get there. I believed my life would go a certain way: graduate from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start a family. I believed that this was the definition of success. However, however, life has other plans to teach me the meaning of success. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. While the pay and status were good however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. Instead I felt that I was simply doing nothing but wasting time. The year 2013 was when I discovered my love was fitness. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to assist others. On the path towards the new direction of my life, I started to find private training. This year I will celebrate my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I started my own small business. Being an Asian female in this industry there are a few. I strive to become a catalyst in the industry to provide high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their individual goals and needs. I am also committed to supporting others so that they can reach their goals, follow their interests and lead your life to the fullest. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest successful times of my life. However, my mother passed away at the same time that my professional life began to fall off. After battling for eight years for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting at Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and will always remember her in my mind and in my heart. It is true that life has the ability to provide us with the exact thing we require even when we're unable to see the lesson at the moment. The loss of my mother changed me so much and I think she was the one who gave me another chance to live my life. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also I was given a second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. Now into my 30's I feel alive and aware I truly feel that I am living now and not merely existing like the person I was back in my previous. My experiences are shared with you so that I can talk about my experience and thoughts. This can help you know you're not alone. It is possible to getting anything you'd like in your life. Therapy is necessary and is normal. The health of a person is the most important asset. Only one life is yours. I want you to enjoy it to the max.
